看煩了太多政治新聞、口水戰，不管誰贏誰輸，誰對誰錯，地球還是繼續運轉，下雨天高官草民都得撐雨傘。
由Xeric Design研發的EarthDesk，是一個桌面軟體，可以讓你即時看到現在居住地的衛星雲圖、日光月光的變化等等，也提醒我們大自然一直都是在變化著，而那些所有的一切終究會隨著時間逝去的。
跟氣象局比起來，即時的衛星雲圖也許比預測氣象少了一些實用性，不過至少可以看到目前地球那一端朋友的天氣如何，有一種「從沙發上看地球」的悠閒感（本文絕無置入性行銷）。
軟體適用Macintosh或是Windows作業系統，地圖更新必須從網路下載，所以電腦要有連網功能；可以自己設定雲圖多久更新一次、任意城市作為地圖的中心點、地圖樣式等等，並且支援多重螢幕顯示。

wow..this is an excellent invention!it is what we should be reminded everyday..yea damn right,people arguing too much about those fucking embarrassing politics not knowing more important issues like environment. 2 of my colleagues in Aus. see Taiwanese politicians fighting to each other as an entertainment, they said it was one of the most ridiculous funny thing they've ever seen...
